A1 Case Management is an agency which provides conflict free case management services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Typically these services are provided to participants in the Kentucky Medicaid Waiver Programs. These waiver programs include the Supports for Community Living (SCL), and Michelle P.  (MPW) Waivers. All waivers provide services to assist participants to live in their home and community as independently as possible.

A1 Case Management began in 2010 as a LLC by another waiver provider. In 2012 and as a response to conflict-free case management, Tina and David Scott purchased the business and changed the structure to a S-Corporation. A1 Case Management is overseen by a 7 member advisory board.
